PvP Level Range on R99

Nilbog asked me to take a look at this, so.... I am going to make it so high level staff can adjust this.

But what would the community like to see? Feel free to post some comments to try to sway the staff / fellow voters.

Keep in mind I am NOT including a dynamic flagging system with this update.

I'm a fan of the classic 4 up 4 down approach. This also coincides with the level range that many zones have so people legitimately exping in the zone are in range to each other but 60s farming CoM newbs where everything is green to them are not. Also please look into the no pvp range status of sol b / perma. This has just led to 60s massacring kobolds groups and shit of level 30s and 40s

4 worked fine on rallos. The huge lvl range and fubar resists are a double whammy to levelers.

Leave FFA in planes though.

I am fine with 4... with a condition..

When a raid mob is up/spawned the zone goes to FFA.

Example
Solb is 4+- levels until Nagafen spawns, then it is FFA until Nagafen dies.
KC is 4+- levels until VS spawns, then it is FFA until VS dies.

Also would the planes remain FFA with this change?

Can someone explain to me WHY they think FFA helps? We had non-ffa zones when this server was released [Elderan wasn't here then], and all these great fears of out of range healers and what NEVER materialized. It was a complete NON ISSUE. What, suddenly people are going to roll in level 34 clerics for mass PVP over playing their main? LOL? Rogue sneak/hide sucks so you can't drag corpses anyway, so that's out the window. Spies? I can just zone in and out rq and do a /who, and if I'm level 10, I'm not getting down to Trakanon, or to Nagafen, etc., so that's out the window also. What are people so "terrified" of with these scary OOR lowbies?
