NPC Spawn Issue: Gorge of King Xorbb - Placeholders inside Wall

I was tracking mobs today when I discovered A Goblin Lookout placeholder mob was inside a wall. GM confirmed this and another mob but when killed they respawned inside the wall again. Outside Runnyeye Entrance is where the spawn is.
