Cannot connect to server CPU too fast

There is a new bug that's happening for people that have new machines. It seems to be primarily AMD zen 4 machines. When you login to EQ and click to join p99 it kicks you back to the login screen. This does not seem to happen when connecting to other emulated servers via the titanium client, so it is specific to p1999.

Downclocking the cpu in bios seems to make it playable, but causes other random issues on the machine such as accelerated clock time and strange lag and stuttering in other games. Since this is specific to p99 I'm hoping the p99 team can help find a solution since this will become more and more an issue as time goes on.
