Is Loving v. Virginia in danger or something?

Id say they were exaggerating with that headline because he only voted against protections against potential future attempts to get rid of interacial marriage, but it sure does feel like chess pieces on a chess board after roe v wade, dont it lol

When the Nazghul struck down Roe v. Wade they opened up the possibility of remanding other lifestyle laws to the states in their opinion, including interracial and gay marriage. That's why they're codifying it federally.

The idea that like there'd be a situation where they would roll back the gay progress we've made (which is our generations only success story) is like impossible to me, but then again if you would have told me Id have woken up to roe v wade benig struck down I wouldn't have believed that either.

Would be hilarious to watch that shit go down like being in a movie.

Gov provides benefits for married people.

read: a group of people in a diverse population who get benefits, of any type, are deemed to have an unfair advantage over their fellow citizens who do not receive benefits.

therefore: seeking marriage is to gain a level playing field.

Source: Joe Rogan. He will argue until your face melts that it isn't about religious or meta issues with marriage, but the practical nature of "two people loving each other", which has no basis in nature for producing offspring, which goes to "a man and woman can choose not to have children." At the end of the day, the married couple is getting State benefits, its an argument about marriage and the State.

ftw: Your gov ties marriage into American identity, then diversity is introduced at large, of many different things that were not common when marriage was tied to the State.

Now marriage is being argued to represent diversity and freedom. Many things that wouldn't be considered traditional, as it is tied to the State, which does represent those things..now.

Nazgūl is a good description for the Catholic members of the Supreme Court. I’m gonna steal this one, thanks!
