The police will not save u ever from an active shooter tho. Only if the shooter was dumb enough to charge a police position without cover. Anyway. S.W.A.T. will eventually breach if the target is important enough. Otherwise they'll wait and try to catch u when not looking or just let you go.

Some guy shotgunned some guy dead out on a jog in broad daylight public where I lived multiple witnesses. This was in the big city years ago. Doubt it's much changed. The police didn't even bother to arrest the guy cause they where hoping to gather evidence on other crimes or something. So the perp just got on a bus and left. Dunno if anyone ever did anything or cared enough to even put out a federal warrant or whatever. Probably not even an email or photo. So.

Some guy killing loads of civilians with a big gun? Most cops will not engage with a silly little 9mm.

Yeah man. Maybe if they're just waving the gun around at a gas station. Don't recommend this either btw. They may ask u to stop and kind just hang out outside until u calm down.

Ya'll are on ur own. Sometimes the police are an alright deterrent tho. Tbh I would pay them better and arm them better. And let them just shoot ppl more. And hire more of them. And yeah gun free zones are stupid.

I'm all like for everyone abled being police and gunning down criminals. Just give em a written exam and like rewards for every bagged bad guy. Don't even bother with uniforms. Let ppl buy their own kit.

We threw off the notion of "nobility" and "royalty" and chucked that garbage in the trash can of history where it belongs. Otherwise, I regard such efforts as nothing more than another step towards trying to revert our republic to the natural human state of monarchy and haves- and have-nots, of masters and slaves. To that, I say, "No."

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but the actual weaponry you’d need in the modern era to overthrow the government is already illegal for you to own.

They made those laws a long time ago while keeping you so focused on whether you’re allowed to own your own little firearm so that you wouldn’t realize

1. If he thought that destroying his rifle will prevent a mass shooting, does this mean he sees himself as capable of committing a mass shooting? Is this sort of a recognition of his own psychotic tendencies? Maybe along with destroying lethal means he should also consider some mental health treatment

2. Or if it was for pure virtue, do you think he’d also cut his own dick off after a high profile rape hits the news? How serious is he about them virtue points

I don't understand....are you replying to something someone else said? I didn't say a word about overthrowing anything. Internet discussions from many posters run together sometimes in these long threads, a weakness of the medium.
