You’re right it definitely has. But that ignores the fact that Trump put a major supporter in place at USPS before the election and he immediately started doing things to reduce their ability to process ballots in a timely manner. Fortunately many states allowed ballots that arrived after the election but which were postmarked by the election to be counted, so that was another effort of Trump’s to disenfranchise people that got shot down.
Good to see a lot of Republicans starting to call him out in this type of stuff this week though. And watching him scramble and bluster as he realizes people don’t really care about him anymore is hilarious.

The postal service doesn't "process ballots". They deliver mail - plain and simple.
Trump's gripe over the election results and ballot counts doesn't have anything to do with the USPS itself - it has to do with the potential for certain actors to fraudulently exploit the process of mail-in ballots. For four years, all we heard from the Left is that Russia was able to hack into digital servers at Star Trek Light Speed and steal e-mails, manipulate vote tallies and blah blah blah. But no! - the army of mouth breathers employed at the USPS couldn't possibly be conned into delivering fraudulently casted mail-in ballots.
Imagine saying "people don't really care about him anymore" when over 70 million people voted for him.
