whats with this weird fantasy that america was always an immigration melting pot? its not even a 60 year old idea it's not like its hard to look up what the laws in this country were at any point in its history.

The mainstream story is that we used to like the melting pot idea and create our policies around that notion.

Then we discovered how racist it was to expect people to assimilate and adopted a multi-cultural platform where we try to enrich the country with other cultures.

I never once heard anything about the sweeping changes to immigration in 1965 until very recently.

I don't think anyone knew that it would be worse than the melting pot idea until somewhere during the Bush administration for Conservatives...Liberals are starting to come around...but the more ethnic you are the harder it is to see the merit in the melting pot idea.

We didn't ever really give the shit about the #jews.. we sort of wanted to assimilate their $$ shekeles $$ and we did, on wall street and hollywood and now there's an arangement with 2 jews in the WH and copywrite law is set for another 300 yrs so the breadwinners can keep regurgitating variations on the talmud and milking the American consumer's for their cushy niche. This isn't some global conspiracy, it's just the way it works, because people put effort into their own livelyhood and consumers don't fight back.

Places like Sweden will remain nice spots with legal safe havens for consumers to circumvent all these rules, while America foots the bill for the rest of the worlds entertainment, both multimedia and hateporn warporn global warfarewise welfarewise.

P.S. I think jewish culture is fine, not to be stamped out, but lol at #america ever loving the jew. Even Isreals got strife between the ultra-orthodox and the rest.

Besides religion is a dumb basis for a culture these days. It use to be the foundation, but not the primary issue.

Another example: I used to drive with the ulitmate courtasy to other drivers, hoping to 'pay it forward'... if I signal, others will see and THEY will signal! If I yield, others will respect that and THEY will yield.

But the results were consistant over the years, no matter how good a driver I was, people were still fucking shitty at it.

So one day I said, fuck it, im gonna drive like an asshole, not signal when I turn, cut people off when I want to do what I want etc.

Now when people drive shitty around me, instead of thinking "GOD DAMMIT IF I DO THE RIGHT THING WHY CANT YOUUU!U!UU!!?!???!1" I think "haha got me there buddy, good on ya!"

So, what Im saying is, if you try to make a difference, you wont, and it will only make you MORE frustrated that the 350 other million americans you live with seem oblivious to your utopian ideals.

In fact, take it a step further and STOP BEGING A CUCKED UP SOCIALIST because all you're doing is stressing yourself out.
