I'm old, there was talk in the 50s about, "we need to get rid of the two party system".
We have to main parties, but there are others that aren't as popular. Green and Libertarian are two that just can't get enough followers to make a difference.
How are you going to mandate more than two?

Make organizing a campaign illegal.

Make it so you cant spend more than 10$ on campaigns or something idk just make politics basically illegal and foster a small goverment.
