If your job is to save lives and you pass someone gasping for air and then actively stop another healthcare worker who is going to save that person, but you say "dont save them, they dont want to be saved" not out of respect for their wishes but because you hate them and want to laugh at their death.

That'd be the murderer character in any movie.

But in today's real society they're a hero lol

Maybe the nurse decided it was their right to refuse to service this person..?

Dont tell me you've never heard what I said before that when it comes to professional workers hired to "serve" and "help people" ends up killing someone for being an asshole.

Its always "the guy should have listened" ??
