You don't need to nitpick any details. I've already posted confirmation about this before. Large mobs that get stuck in places that are too small for them bug out. With part of their hitbox obscured within the terrain, they fail the official line of sight check to their target, and can never begin casting their spell.
If this is the case, why not just have major target be unmovable ( I think this was suggested before)

Looks to me the last Naggy kill and the Vox kills were done the same way to me, pushing mob into a wall etc.

One is an attempt to bug the mob out, the other is them successfully bugging it out and subsequently killing it. Pretty ridiculous.

They have no advantage other than the exploited loot they currently hold :P

They know how to consistently do it by accident from my analysis of their defense.

They always fought vox in the lair and I never liked it -- doing it my way here on red.

It's pretty clear why they'd have the advantage over you if they came from blue. Guilds have been getting Vox and Naggy stuck in walls for over a year. It's no accident and no new discovery, for Nizzarr to pretend that it's some astounding revelation is folly. They've been sticking their dps there for ages.
