you are aware Eccezan's Alt Holyspawn was banned for MQ then unbanned?

You sold you char for RMT, then obviously somebody got it unbanned and sold it for plats. If chars previously banned for MQ get unbanned, why should previously RMT sold chars not benefit from the same?

Either you thoroughly wipe it clean, or you don't.

RMT bans where supposed to be 100% perm thats why they had to go to Rogean/Nilbog for confirmation.

Someone went around and unbanned some IB accounts probably to get his "pals" back on the server.

MQ bans where never permanent if you waited 6 months and where not a bitch on the forums you usually got it back with a warning.
