I obviously misspoke; TMO is fairly ubiquitous on the server and secondary references to them are common.

Neither of those can in any way be construed as me defending TMO. The concept doesn't even make sense.

Also, I do not think this D example is consonance, and I think you'd be hard pressed to find anyone - more familiar with the concept - to agree.

Alliteration is, by definition, a special case of consonance. However, when you dismiss dictionaries as a credible source, you can define anything in any way you choose.
