All these sploits came from people who knew them on blue. It's not even like bragging about sploits from live because on live it wasn't possible. It's bragging about sploits from EQEmu and its just absolutely stupid.

i love eq more then most people , i played it pretty much for 12 years , i love EVERY Era ( more so after luclin ) mostly because theres no progression before it

but revisiting raid content of luclin / kunark does not get old

but when the type of people that set up 3 week rotations of ragefire get involved , i dont play , its a game , its not meant to be taken that seriousley

stop poopsocking shit , get a fucking life , smoke some weed or something

I think when a lot of people talk about how much they love classic, it's not the content they loved but the fact it was brand new, unknown, thousands of people playing, etc. When you go back and revisit a lot of this content like now it's a joke, incredibly small, boring, etc. Look at raids from modern EQ like underfoot / HoT / Prexus and then see the "raids" in old school EQ, it's a joke.

No, classic era or classic thru velious was 100x better quality in every way.

Zones, dungeons, itemization, the look the feel the music, everything felt epic and immersive.

Fact is, it was made by verant, and before sony took over everything was hand crafted, and very well thought out. After velious, it was shit. They had one thing, raids. Its not hard to autogenerate a zone, add a few mobs with a few abilities and require 50-70 people to kill them. It didnt even "begin the raid progression", either, that started in kunark/velious.
