Kringe being such a community bro. Asking for bugs to be fixed before he has a chance to exploit them.

Takes notes.

What Darwoth said. The prices are already really high and it's a good PP dump for the economy.

I got 1 Invandyr in over 60 rubies. Pain in the fkin ass. You won't even notice that Hoops exist on the server. No one is gonna spend a whole day farming platinum just to get another 5 charges for one PVP fight. I'm definitely only getting one per character at least.

PS: Recharging a Golem Wand is actually 600pp since you gotta buyback two wands to recharge one.

People who enjoy PVPing are gonna spend all their time killing people not farming platinum. If you see people farming at good PP places such at Seafuries then just go kill them, not to hard.
That was from November 15th. If these wands cost 600pp to recharge, why was I reading about them only costing 3pp on the third day the server was out?

Well, no one can go back in time and undo what's already happened so that's pointless to be concerned with.
I've been thinking about the recharging issue, and I'm seeing new items added to the list of things to be disabled as they're discovered. So how about considering this from the opposite perspective: instead of having things impact negatively until they're made known and fixed, is there any positive benefit from any items that can be recharged on the pvp server? Maybe it would be best (both for impact and amount of work) to disable it completely, and enable those few on a selective basis.
Translation: I don't learn from my mistakes, because it's pointless and I'm dumb as FUCK

I've been thinking about the recharging issue, and I'll call Rogean now and share my epiphany. In complete agreement with Kringe ( great overall post ), recharging needs to be looked at and addressed immediately before 80%+ of pop is lvl 50 and real pvp begins. Price needs to be sky high or not in game at all as Uthgaard / Fiegi mentioned as possible idea. Kringe is correct in that most of these items are game-breaking on a pvp server. Depressing that Uthgaard, and who knows perhaps other mods/gms , don't know what insta-gate items are/were out there. Communication between players / mods needs to be taken to a much higher level and this server will flourish.

Don't feel so empowered by two dregs who will jump at any excuse to bash the staff that you fail to comprehend the situation yourself. I know what instant cast gate items are in the game. I asked which. The conversation is about recharging. One is single charge so it can't be recharged, the other is a helm, not a potion.

If you want more communication with the staff, not making digs at them at every opportunity just for the sake of doing it would be a good place to start.

Any MORE communication would be great uthgaard, noone knows what is being looked at , or what is under review, or what type of information you need the players to supply the staff with. Kringe listed a bunch of items that need looking at , asked you to make changes to the updates page more frequently when you guys can, to let us know exactly how things are being changed. There is a small start no?
