That's because a lot of the time there are no guards standing at Kelethin bank. They just path through occasionally.

Guards not assisting is totally retarded. They are guards for fucks sake. If I attack an npc they help out, why not a player?

Those supporting lack of guard support saying it makes the game harder have got this all wrong - they are the ones being bluebie as they are supporting PKing without consequences and risk, it makes the game EASIER. Guards not assisting gives them free reign to be dicks in towns and cities without the risk of getting jumped by guards. As things stand for PKs it takes far less skill to kill their victims and therefore anyone supporting lack of guard support is a no-skill cheap-ass bind-killing zone-plugging griefer like Jaredfromsubway and Manclubber - FUCK YOU TWO especially! :P
