Solist's Icy Wand
I looted a Solist's Icy Wand back in the day i started playing EQ when kunark was released, looted it off the 3rd floor down burynai that spawns next to the cook. cook on the right 2 random burynai or skels on left 2 spots. I only ever heard or seen of it dropping on 3rd floor or below, incredibly rare, 1 in 10,000 at LEAST.

Sarnak Emblazened Tabard
I remember snagging mine off a Sarnak within the Lake of Ill Omen, but it does have other drop locations. Just a short quote from good ol' ZAM... Quote:
