Uthgaard was a dedicated member of this staff, he did a huge amount of great work for this server, and I will not see his name slandered on the forums.

Positive discussions can go in the server chat forum.

This would be that thread for positive discussions. I just went through and deleted a whole bunch of negative shit. This isn't RNF. If you don't have something that is (ultimately) a positive post, don't post it... anywhere.

For all intents and purposes, consider Uthgaard still a member of this staff when it comes to the forum rules, which state that you do not insult staff members. For everything hes done for this server, he deserves that respect.

People akin to the crybabies, pissers, cheaters and moaners on this server are the reason why God doesn't talk to us anymore. So, we've lost God, Jesus, and now Uthgaard. Great job, guys; this is why we can't have nice things - y'know, like VP, for example; and pretty soon you're not going to have a server either, because your bullshit is going to cause the other volunteers to throw up their hands in disgust and ultimately pull the plug.

You have a good head on your shoulders, and every decision you have ever made and acted on from what ive seen has been thought through and always in the best interests of the server. For what its worth, you have always had my respect - perhaps that means nothing as one more player, but consider the value of that as person.

That said, I imagine this decision also went through your thorough process, with you weighing the pro's and con's. Ultimately, however, your loss will impact the legitimacy and transparency of the server - please atleast consider coming back, even if it is in a lesser capacity (read: less politics, more getting things done).

If not, it has been a pleasure and best of luck wherever the winds take you.

I read the convo between Uth and Nilbog, Uth seems like an arrogant prick TBH - I've dealt with him as a gm and he was the same then. I'm sure he did a lot of good things and was very active but by reading that conversation he clearly takes this shit far too serious, props to Nilbog for staying classy.

Classy? As far as i could tell, Uthgaard was looking out for the server, and beating his head against the wall trying to prove what everyone already knew.
