Not really. Damage wise their stats and DPS should be similar. I would say the iksar would be slightly better at tanking but not really noticeable unless you parse.

What has me a bit unsure is that AC actually works on P99 apparently. I don't know how much that helps.

We'll get a lot of bards, but most of them will quit between level 20-40. I know I couldn't keep it up. My personal health (not having carpel tunnel) > uber EQ class.
