There are 3 AoN auctions. 5 cloak of flames. And a floodgates of pissed off people when the 2nd quake went out. It was valentines day and many players had no opportunities to respond to the discord auctions. Ironically, the only one upset about the extension and soft closes us the OP
Don't make rules if you aren't going to follow them?

Defrauding another player is against the PNP.

It's been said they have a rule that auctions end via "fate" when the next quake happens.
It's completely reasonable to say hey there were two quakes in quick succession and it was a holiday weekend where people had real life things going on and couldn't pay attention to the auction in a short 4-5 hour window (when normally auction windows in guilds are much longer).

Instead of having a melt down, OP should be understanding that leadership are trying to do the fair thing and give all guildies a chance to review the auction and make a decision (you would think as a guild member you'd be happy for your guildies to get this opportunity, even if it's for an item you want). OP then had the opportunity to bid in the 2n2 auction and should've done so.

At the very least, he shouldn't throw a fit until he knew if he lost the 2nd auction. This whole thing might be a moot point because it seems like he had a lot of DKP and probably would've won the greed auction.

Lineage leadership offered me a pixel package to join the guild if I would send nude shots on my in game character. I sent these screen shots and was offered no pixel package. BURN THE WITCHES

RnF don't got no safe words fam, your only salvation is going to be when someone else has a slight melty and makes a thread or everyone gets bored and goes home from this BBQ party you started on the front lawn

it's a right of passage, can go laugh at my Quillmane thread if you want.

Why is the onus on OP to accomodate the suspension of the rules to his detriment?

You of all people should know the rule of law is paramount.

I think reasonable people can agree that it seems like their policy wasn't accounting for the possibility of a quake like a couple hours after it was put up.

I think it's reasonable for leadership to flexible in that moment, especially in the context of a holiday weekend where people may be with their families and usually have more time to review an auction than they did in this case.

But again, seems silly for OP to come here and have a melt down over this technicality that may not have actually had a negative impact on him since he likely would have just won the 2nd auction. At the very least wait and see if the result you're worried about (i.e., losing the bid on the scales) actually occurs before coming and ripping everyone on a public forum.

In a world full of cucks none of them believe they are the cuck.
Pretty simple.

This thread reminded me of the story of Icarus so I looked it up https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Icarus...%20of%20Crete.

Now I no longer care about the story of Icarus, I'm much more fascinated by his father Daedalus who's story is intertwinded with the origin story of cuckoldry. Did you know the original Bull was actually a bull? and that it was cuckoldry that birthed the Minotaur? I can't believe this was lost for 25 years in the EQ lore.
