The original post here wasn't the joke. It was a response to their website, where they posted it as a legitimate thing that happened. It also prompted tells and petitions in game, with people wanting to know why TR was allowed into a closed beta. For TR to play on that really shows where their priorities lie. Especially with people like Khysanth (booter) trying their damnedest to spin things around for their own benefit, even though it's as transparent as the napkin on his lap after lunch.

I'm interested to see how Xzerion responds to having his his name and "developer status" dragged through the conversation. He always said the server came first and the game came second. I suppose we'll see how much of that was true, while you all shit all over the server and make obvious attempts to manipulate the staff to get your way.

^^ refer to one of my previous posts. Like i said, it's something that plagues every emulated server in every game; EQ included.

It's quite natural to assume the worst, especially in this case. People spend A LOT of time on here (and thanks to your dumbass windows, way too much time) and they have this looming dark cloud of "maybe it's unfair" hovering above them, peering it's ugly head every time a decision doesn't go their way. It's not transparent and it has never been (well, maybe when the server just started? but i wasn't around back then but I've heard the stories), and the server is actually better for it. This isn't the first time xzerion's name has been dragged through the mud.

Worms should stay in cans. But if they're going to stay in cans then you should expect this sort of behavior and speculation because the alternative is far worse.

I'm thinkin they merely went on the defensive because uth came out of the box wielding the banhammer in a menacing manner. I feel like just asking them nicely in a pm or a tell or something to remove it because it was causing unnecessary problems would have worked, too.

Ok now wow, stop right there. I like you Uthgaard but the targeting of people such as Cyrius (uaellaen) Xzerion and god knows who else you posted about is just about too far. It was a simple joke posted on our own website and only an idiot wouldnt realise at the 2nd look that it is a fake.
