It is but the kids can still get away with skipping it and basically the USA school is doing drugs and coloring in books and sitting on your cellphones all day

we don't do any martial training, corporal punishment, live fire exercices, or forced labor in school

well we do have drug deals that go bad and wackos that shoot up our schools butt that is so infrequent as to not really matter especially for the richer kids
