If you bring guns to "peacefully protest" can we still really call it protesting or do we just call it what it is: intimidation threats to violence?

If the people did decide to walk a protest to the capital again, it’s unlikely they would get anywhere close
DC has spent tens of millions, maybe hundreds of millions, of dollars on security for the capital since Jan 6th, which has all been pretty much a waste as no group has come close to trying anything again So look at it like a double win if they try. Not only would those millions and millions of dollars in security not have been wasted, but they would also get nowhere with the attempt

How do the politicians of today wake up and say "oh my masks and vaccines, this is the hill I really wanted to die on today ".
Foreign agents r definitely taking advantage of it.

And no, keeping the minimum wage at $7.50/hr is not fair. The policies of the left are whole-heartedly behind developing a minimum standard of living, while also promoting education and development of human capital. The push for $15/hr is a representation of that. The push for free 2 year education is a representation of that (giving people an avenue to improve upon that $15/hr, if they so choose).
Are we now trying to conflate that belief with communism or some socialized "everyone should make the same amount of money regardless of education and development of high demand skillsets"?

This is how I see it, I worked minimum wage for retail when I was 18 years old making whatever it was back then, I think it was like $8/hour. It wasn’t enough to live independently on and those jobs were mostly worked by high school age young adults like me who were either living with their parents or moved out living with peers involving many people to a apartment or home splitting the rent to make it affordable. I’ve personally lived in both those situations
Now our culture has shifted to saying these zero-skill entry level jobs should be worked by adults of any age, not just young adults, and should always pay enough to live independently on. I’m sorry but if you are a middle-aged adult with the skillset of a teenager (aka none), you should have the lifestyle of a teenager, which is living with family or with a lot of your peers all sharing a dingy apartment splitting the rent. You shouldn’t live the life of an independent adult when you have the skillset of a child But I am all for free college, free healthcare, free houses, if it can be done without money printer go brrr or over-taxing people or parties that are heavily taxed already
