I still believe the best method is to require some form of malpractice insurance. Claims go up = your rates go up. Too many claims and your coverage is declined and you seek employment elsewhere. Self-regulating systems ftw.

Yes, this is one of many great ideas, and also allows for settlements to come from the Police themselves, rather than lawsuits being at the expense of taxpayers. Every settlement you see right now between Police and those violated are paid out from whichever jurisdictions' treasury. That's something to be angry about.

Defund and boycott Yahoo its a Chinese corporation. Get the governments of the world out of Walstreet, or better yet, vice versa.
They think they're gonna enslave all the poor, but they're wrong. I'm coming back just for that. Yeah, im giving up Heaven to come back to this shithole for that.

Sounds great, but honestly the one thing worse than having government involved in shit is having insurance companies involved in shit.

Seattle OPA recommends firing 2 cops for standing on the capitol lawn, the hivemind reacts:

If they were just outside in the crowd. Let em go.

They should only prosecute people that went in, attacked cops, broke things, or endangered lives.

Depends on the state. Malpractice is kind of weird where health insurance companies require you to carry multi-million dollar policies. But some states like mine put a cap on how much you can actually collect in damages per claim. Nevada is like only $350k.
