Anyways been way thinner than 18.5 BMI in the past. Never was considered anorexic by a doctor. There's other factors

but I have been doing a hundred push ups a day with 40 lbs of rocks in backpack for the past 6 weeks. So i think i look pretty decent from the chest up.

Weighed in this morning at 164. Eating right, loading UPS boxes for 5 hours a day, and skating every day it's dry is really paying off. Pretty sure between 155-160 is my goal, I have very little visible fat left. Got a bit of loose skin and hella stretch marks, but who gives a fuck.
