In my conversation I agreed that ignorance to racism (ignoring it) is racism. Something the entire UN is on the hook for by not addressing his comment and sweeping it under the rug. I did the same, hoping to not excite things or give fuel to that fire. For that, I apologize.


But now I'm seeing people DEFEND it? One little bread emoji being showed to me and I made assurances to a prominent community member and the staff we'd cut ties with the person who posted it. Why was that emoji even on said server? Interesting to consider also.
