What is the conversion ratio on Riot DKP : Freedom DKP? Is it a better or worse exchange rate than for AG DKP? Do you also honor Lodi kill points for DB transfers?

Seemed pretty cool to me, if someone has the time why not? I always liked the Kittens updates with the zaney kill pictures and storyline alongside it.
