Yes! Only on p99, I got it by random while camping the hermit in Karana for leet expz

Stole it right in front of some warrior who came running out of the woodwork, i guess he had some kind of radar, but i successfully stole it and told him to fuck off and looted it

its cool bro while you doin small things in the karana me and big salty will be in airplane with 200 fish bait cannon fodders farming 41% haste and other assorted epix for us
