that's why i suggested recruiting new, not toxic and invested players off-site. i totally agree, and that's a big reason why <friends> will never recruit and teach new players the game in order to achieve enough numbers to kill their first ntov dragon.

How come no one has stepped up to manage a teamspeak full of nerds they've never met, who need their hands held for 10-12 hours a day everyday for months?! All the while having the bulk of said nerds up and leave when they hit 60 because all they really wanted in the first place was to experience velious end game for a couple months then quit.
The only people with any right to call anyone out on the other side are a handful of empire officers that have put that work in. IE not xaanka who auto joined empire after her previous guild failed at doing what she is now calling easy.

i mean i used to run a leveling guild that was 30-50% of server pop every night at the red server's peak population, that didn't allow any p99 players to join and exclusively recruited off site. it's not as hard as you make it out to be, there are a lot of people out there who are nostalgic for everquest. the only real difference between that and a guild that could contest, would be a universal interest in the endgame which my guild never had.
