95% of the server knows everything about the game and tbh it's not as fun when you have to get BIS gear just to have a shot at killing anyone (usually in some vent-coordinated zerg instead of random/casual encounter). It's not surprising some people just dish out rl money for pixels instead of investing that much time.

with the amount of changes (mostly for the better, just poorly timed) they've made since release, red99 needs a do-over. A remake with a classic timeline of the current server would be far better than both.

eq pvp is shit because of plugging. get rid of plugging and any iteration of red99 would be great. vztz was shit because of all the bugs and unstable admins.

I had a nightmare last night that I forgot to plug when I was clearly gonna die if I didn't(which is every time.) Couldn't sleep after that. How could I forget to plug?
