It is one thing to take a crew in, decimate a group, and steal their camp. It is completely different to send in an uber geared rogue to jump in during a pull, murder the healer, and leave the zone to lulz their way to the nearest druid ring and do it again in the next dungeon.

so the only legit pvp is if its for a camp/mob?

me and bros roll around with a group looking for people to kill quite often, just for the fun of it.

we don't do it because we want to stop your exp, or take your camp.. we do it because we enjoy pvp

do you consider this toxic behavior that is ruining the r99 server?

That's basically PvP in a nutshell, though - not necessarily the player base. Unless you added some kind of gear score metric to limit who you can and can't kill, that's what you're stuck with.

RnF is hands-down the most toxic part of P99 all together, whether it be red or blue. Nothing good comes from it. It doesn't matter if ooc is global, people are far more civil in game than out of game.

I think the only velious experience Empire has right now is Colgate playing vztz when he was around 10 years old, not to mention you could box ntov mobs on that server. Im sure TMO is shaking with fear when Empires strategy is to rely on being able to burn mobs like they do now in Kunark, before i left Empire it was really pathetic to see wipes on Trakanon and VP mobs where on Red you can literally engage it whenever you want wherever you want and with your entire raid force

When I had ninja looting issues on live the gm told me that if someone was in range ninja looting was legal

I've never actually tried to KS a mob from someone was who was in range (which doesn't even sound like that's what happened here btw, told you lost fte), but I have killed a few people engaged to ac then taken it myself. I think it is probably legal to just kill the mob even if you lose the Fte if they are in range but not exactly sure.
