I can only judge based on what I've observed and Empire raids are pretty terrible which completely allows me to view Colgate as an awful raid leader. Not to mention many of the TMO and other blue players who are or were members of Empire on red attesting to poor leadership and mis-manged raids. Maybe the collective raid ability on blue is just so much higher that an average or sub-par red raid seems amazing here.

If ur so good @ PvE why did your whole guild quit the PvE Blue server?

Rumour has it the competition was to strong over there.

Colgate would literally log in once a month when Nihilum was pushing his shit in and aim chat was on blue or had still quit and all he did was post on the forums all day sort of like Edalse...come Velious when he starts losing again we will see that phase once again.
