I was told GG brought a lot of people back to Empire so that could be one reason why. Fresh under the leadership of Max wasn't really a threat and the other guilds were too bitter at the time to sheppard the lambs. I hope Empire and GG keep butting heads til Velious, otherwise this server is going to be really boring for those only interested in PvP.
