What is now called Lite is a carefully controlled facade maintained by a thorough soundboard and a shadowy conspiracy of ten to twelve long-time players, among which it is rumored both Colgate and Salem are numbered. What purpose these apparent nemeses could have in continuing this illusion is anyone's guess, but it is almost certainly nefarious.

It takes Verant ~1.5 years to fix a bug where a single illusion form lacks a nameplate, while putting out 2 full expansions.

On P99, the same bug is left in for nearly 4 years so we can better experience "classic" EQ on a server with global ooc/custom resists/non-functional AC.
