Well it's definitely your fault for exping outdoors, not announcing your intent to exp in the zone, and not sending said bard a tell and allowing him at least 10 minutes to respond.

Better make an alt to sit in those zones so that before you travel there you can log in and talk to any bards swarming first. Don't forget they need that extra time to respond so you'll need to dedicate at least 30 mins before you start exping outdoors to negotiating with bards, possibly over an hour if there is more than one bard to talk to.

All i did was call one guy out for being entitled expecting that everyone else should go through an involved process just to make sure they aren't inconveniencing him when he gets petitioned for taking over an entire zone and you all got rustled as fuck.
