Monks can't mitigate procs and AE's. I suspect we'll still have a lot of need for raw HP tanks going forward.

AC could certainly use a bit of tweaking, but I do definitely remember monks being absolutely OP in velious era, despite being 14 at the time and still getting school bus boners.

It's also harder to gear out a warrior. If you got that far might as well keep going!

You could play an enchanter, fully strip your opponents buffs and still cant land a glamour of kintaz(-10magic mod).

a bow of underfoot + high damage arrows does more damage than throwing boulders. am I missing something? yes slightly longer delay but unlimited ammo makes up for it.
