They open to you as you progress. If you choose X initial skill set, not all skill sets are available once you are able to select your second.


Also, I chose the opposing faction that you guys are choosing with Elf.

I hate these types of storylines.. the "you're the one!" type shit.. It's me and the 100 other people standing around the quest npc that have the "special" birthmark
