I'm not sure where you got the impression the United States of America was any more "free" than countries like Germany, Japan, Australia, the Netherlands, or Sweden. And if you can't afford treatment (as in health insurance) maybe you should look for a better paying job...perhaps one with medical benefits. Maybe if you'd have had your ass whipped as a kid so you would have been a responsible adult.

And just an FYI- Most women who die of complications during childbirth do so in hospitals, look it up. Millions of children are born just fine at home...that includes all 3 of mine.
