Your delusional. The only difference is Nizzar keeps his pill popping junkies in line. I grouped with plenty of drug addicts in the old Red Dawn and dealt with plenty of pill poppers leveling up to join the new Azrael.

The difference is their out of control in the latter mentioned guilds.
