The rebellion really does need someone that isn't selfish, knows what they are doing and plays a lot. Nizzar has 2 of the 3 but gets away with the selfish part because he is number 1 and has leverage. Lite may also just have 2 out of the 3. You can slam Lite as much as you want but it isn't fun running the rebellion. You literally have to sacrifice all your in game time for the better of the server vs. being on top and having the whole server work for you.

Yes, and there's degrees of selfishness. Selfish people can lead powerful empires. But they must realize that they depend on their minions more than anything.
