I spent years playing this game and people like sickpuppy just want to be sad little kings of their own sad little hills. They have very little forethought or self awareness outside of whats directly in front of them at the time. And very poor long term planning and the ability to adapt to differing situations.

I also spent some time trying to change that this time around. I came on to these forums and I played the metagame. I attempted to change opinions and give different perspective on the game itself.

In the end its still the same old game.

I want to come back and try again. Make a better go at it. But it's going to have to wait. RL is far more important than this distraction.

As thats what EQ really is just a distraction. It's sad how many people take it full on serious. And it is sad how badly people fail at doing just that.

And no, people like Sickpuppy I do not need to "explain" or "defend" myself. Those who have been here know who Miria is, and what I have done. And what I chose not to do now.

Fame. Reroll, disappear for awhile, grief some noobs, maybe join Nihilum. (I might join Nihilum next round). I don't know. I will probably wait till teams99 and try to be the #1 guild on the box. Or be a part of it. Rather than the underdog, or just some crazy person running their own existential philosophical experiment.

The only way to beat the current game in place is from the inside out. And for that it will require the complete lack of EGO. Something I haven't been capable of yet. If your not playing at all you are not in the game. So quitting is not an option if your goal is to "win".
