I think you should demand a refund.

The guy works. I'm not sure what kind of job you have, but I doubt your boss would appreciate it if you left in the middle of the day to work on your hobby.

Lyra, I think you just miss the point or either refuse to acknowledge the concern. The expectation is that the server would be up. Since no announcement has been made pre-lockdown and post-lockdown, all people want addressed is when will it be up so as to manage expectations. Its that simple.

No one wants to hear about who works and all these irrelevant details that have nothing to do with addressing the concern directly.
