Dispells don't register as beneficial on blue here at least.

I dispelled someone with aggro and didn't receive aggro myself.

I thought it would generate aggro honestly because I had just looked at the wiki for one of the dispells and it was listed as beneficial.

pretty sure there are other spells out there like invigor that are beneficial as well but wont give aggro.

Maybe the dispell has to be used to actually eliminate a detrimental effect?
