You take responsibility for a mob and what you do with that mob when you engage it. If you bring a mob on top of other players, accidental or not, you trained them and deserve punishment according to the rules.

Except that isn't how it works.

The same situation has arisen in Lguk countless times and once you log out you no longer have any claim to the camp. Clearing to the camp is more of an intent than logging in. There is precedent to this already in past rulings.

If they did train, that isn't right either, but I'm just telling you the rules.

So if you log in to a camp and its full pop, no one around, you HAVE to shout and see if anyone is clearing to it? because somehow intent magically grants you claim?

I don't agree with it, but im quite sure by the rules if you come to a camp thats full pop and no ones around, IE maintaining presence at said camp, whether its logging in or running up to you are free to claim it. no CC required, no verifying someones intent needed
