Don't really care about the rest, but does FTE really matter in VP? I thought exp = loot for VP only.

I don't think FTE matters at all in VP.

The only thing you apparently can't do is exploit/hack and ninja-loot corpses you didn't get the EXP on.

Obviously most of this occurs on a case by case basis and relies entirely on the mood of the GM dealing with issues and their interpretation of server policies, but so are most things.
