I have to agree with Damon Linker unfortunately,

Liberals have lost their minds on Immigration

But there is one very important point: only about 1/3 of Americans agree with a Trump-like position; that immigration should be decreased across the board. Most people -- whether they realize it or not -- think that the changes made in 1964 to immigration represent everything this country is about and we should not even discuss changing it.....

There is no evidence that this country is better because of the policy change in 1964. We used to need more cheap labor than we do now -- duh -- shit changes.

But this isn't about a rational discussion about changing the policy in exchange for the dreamers...its about proving how racist Trump is...all the time.

It reminds me far too much of all the Obama demonization constantly. Where did that get us? The constant over-the-top Republican scolds claiming Obama was "the worst president ever"....after Bush...really?

I'm so sick this shit. Isn't anyone interested in whats really going on in this country? Or do we all just want to be part of a winning team?

Immigration has been increased to 4 times the rate that it was prior to 1964...is that a good idea?
