There's not much oversight on this at all. It's unfortunately very easy to funnel money out of a PAC into your own pocket if you know what you're doing. Part of the reason Trump wanted to raise such a big one.

But yes that is another benefit. You use the money to basically bribe other politicians by supporting their campaign and operations.

My prediction:

Everything will be won by good faith independents, who will govern to the benefit of the population they represent and future of their region (while giving due consideration to their impacts on the wider world).

Infrastructure investment won’t be squandered. Lobbying will be used to fund public projects not private pockets.

USA becomes a utopia for small holders and workers.
