Late start doing regular hike this morn, barely got there in time before they close the hike at 11 to stop us from killing ourselves in the heat. And by us I mean the weak

Luckily, workout started early when my keureg spilled coffee everywhere so I punched it a few times. And it was Carmaggedon driving today, everyone honking at each other, sirens, accidents. Felt like I was driving through fucking Baghdad…

I also prefer to do more cardio and eat more, rather than do less cardio and starve myself, even tho the latter is like 5x+ more effective for weight loss

Crazy how Jay Cutler can keep that kinda size even on TRT still

I'm down another kilogram and a bit since I got back from Spain. Not much changed, almost exclusively fruit and protein (biltong, nuts). Two apples and grapes/melon every morning. I mostly skip dinner. No food after 6. All of it together works to control my appetite.

There was one here doing that, he said he was pretty heavy if I recall, like 300ish+

He stopped posting tho. Hopefully he stuck with it
