![]() The concept of putting a bell on a cat to curtail it's hunting prowess actually made it a better more silent hunter.
Limiting access of the latest graphics chips to China actually made their efforts at making A.I more strealined. Consider they needed to write very memory efficient algorithms to process the data given that limitation. Therefore US and A actually helped China win. Discuss. Also china has limitless access to users data and a billion people from which to scrape from. US and A will soon be the same, albiet with a third of the user data. The way that the new gov is ripping away protections of various departments you lot will just get told what you can and cant do, so in the end the residents of the US and A may win again, at the cost of their digital freedums.

![]() Sure. Just dont discuss the real part of the question.
Also multiple bells were tried. Many of the fuckers just got so good they were virtual tv ninja like in silent movement. They literally have all day to hone the skills. How about that sports ball team hey? Anything but the subject...

![]() whats the difference between 1 intel chip or 1000 SMIC chips when you can build 2 coal fired power plants per week, no regulation on pollution, no federal judges to tell you to stop, no labor unions, no hippies regulating you out of business, and a government that decides on a whim what their currency is worth?
it was never to hinder their progress, it was to prevent them from studying our most advanced tech yeah they'll figure out other ways to do things, but they won't know how we did what we are doing anything the CCP says should be taken with a massive grain of salt, this is a group of people who believe 1984 is an instruction manual on how to implement das kapital deepseek can say they did something for 1/1000th of the cost, because they don't have to report what the CCP paid for. We can't forget that every single chinese company is a de facto arm of the CCP

![]() Sure, but we're projecting our values onto them while pretending to have the moral high ground while never applying our own laws to ourselves when it involves matters of national security, and i used post 911 as an example, even in the 90s they were doing illegal shit to big brother data collect with Echelon and all the other buzzword NSA programs
us being free and claiming they aren't, is some literal boomer tier cope. were more alike than different

![]() The more chips joined with slower bus speeds the more latwncy. An on chip faster solution would allow theoretically faster computaional speeds. This assumes equal quality algorithms. Clearly the chinese algorithms are quicker including the hobbling of their access to chip tech.
Also lmao. You think the chinese don't have the latest intel shit? That's so cute. Anywho. Lesser chips doing better work = better devs that use resources with superior utility. Sorry guys it's just common sense.

![]() I was just thinking how eventually we'll have full body walking Ai assistants right?
And we'll be like, "Hey can you go mute the TV while the commercials are on?" And it will say, "No."
