I'm curious how much of a hit Phinny is gonna take when Agnarr drops. It's certainly not going to die but I'm guessing about half the raid guilds will be gone within 2 months. But that's not necessarily a bad thing. There's too many to begin with. Even more curious what will happen with P99. I think MANY P99'ers enjoyed PoP but didn't jump to previous TLP's cause they knew eventually they'd go past PoP and they didn't want to just "enjoy it while it lasts" kinda deal. But with Agnarr being permalocked in the expansion that's by far the most popular one in EQ's history? I'm guessing that might draw a sizeable chunk from both servers. Only time will tell! I could be wrong just my guess.

I would think agnarr would be pretty appealing to p99ers. All the nostalgia and no top end clusterfuck. If you are a nerd and like p99 im p sure agnarr is what you are looking for. TBH it takes a minute to get used to live EQ coming from p99. You get used to it though and realize how helpful the shit really is(raid window,guild management thing,adv loot window,maps,etc).

TAK Project is closer to classic than DeyBreak servers will ever be...you know, for a "good PoP server". Also there's no cash shop or instancing there.

How much u wanna bet Agnarr is the better PoP server in most healthy peoples opinion?

It'll have the population for a year maybe. But you know what? Agnarr isn't the last TLP server like all the BDA runners thought Phinny would be or something. They've been very quiet on if they're jumping from Phinny, we know they most likely will as a guild.

If you want a stable server that'll still be relevant in a few years, you won't be going to Agnarr. Especially if "PoP locked" is profitable, they'll do another one.

Firstly thank you for being a good Daybreak customer, they need gamers like you <3

However, you seem to ignore the fact that there's people on the non-TLP servers (Tunare for example) who have been playing on that server for 18 years on the same characters. With all the server merges I bet I have a few on there. If I could remember my account info from all that time ago I might even have a look lol.

Not everyone wants fresh, and noticeably fresh on Daybreak's TLP servers is stale really quick - Lockjaw's pop is probably close to TAK Project's by now, except it's less classic and heading into the dark era of EQ expansions.

Anyway, Naggy is going down on the first day, available items are going to be way ahead of anything you're going to be able to farm in the first few days, and you'll be in zones you wouldn't be on a classic inspired server (Sebilis at 45 for example) because there's no fine tuning or care for being classic.
