Basically, Raev and friends want a political purge they can say is the 'deep state' like this is Stalin's USSR. Blame political murder on some fake shadow government to justify it.

Barr testified before Congress that Mueller and the IC are performing the redactions ... which means all of the redactions are related to ongoing cases ... and there are expected to be A LOT of redactions ... which means there are A LOT of ongoing cases. Barr wouldn't perjure himself before Congress.
