Slight exaggeration as Tunare isn't itemized until later in Velious (iirc) and ST is out of the question (although, MotG with War/Sham/Donal/Donal/Donal is prob doable), but I would bet NToV is cleared in the first 2 days. Vyemm is really the only big question mark. I got to side with the Huge #'s, Donal BPs, pull-able dragons.

I strongly suspect that Donal's will be nerfed right as velious drops. Also, NToV dragons will probably be tuned a bit to the hard side with more AC, haste, and regen than we might have seen on live in the same way that VP dragons here are Ass-Beaters.

That said, most stuff should fall in short order.

Charm exploit will be known ahead of time and exploited fully by "certain people" which in turn will widen the gap even further.

Being full Ntov geared in 48 hours while others are just getting thurgadin armor will be a huge advantage; and, of course, will be claimed to be "legit"
